I think one thing you have to do is continue to strive to have fun. While we experienced lots of great times at C&B, there were some down periods. One of the key things we did was continue to go out on a regular basis for drinks, continue to have fun-filled regular staff meetings, etc. While the fun does not mask the bad times, it does help get through them. I think the atmosphere you help create in the office goes a long way toward keeping people safe, secure and comfortable. Good post Chris.
